I started running again recently and after just a few half-on half-off 4 mile runs I’m feeling a slight discomfort in my knees. Hopefully it’s not the beginnings of “runners knee” but just in case I decided it was time to shop for some new running shoes. While researching shoes I ran across the Running Shoes Fall Shoe Guide 2008 at Runnersworld.

The Fuller Brush Company offers a couple of high quality shoe care products which are being discontinued and are currently on clearance for those of you who are interested. They have a polish applicator and two styles of shoe brushes; a standard shoe shine brush and a rockerback style shoe brush.

All three brushes have lacquered wood handles and use natural horsehair bristles which are very soft and will not scratch or scuff your footwear. It’s a shame they are dropping these products which I believe have been sold for decades.
